CHICAGO (WLS) — Chicago rapper Twista has pleaded responsible to not paying over $440,000 in revenue taxes, court docket paperwork obtained by ABC7 on Friday confirmed.

He was accused of failing to pay the taxes between 2019 and 2023.

Twista, whose actual title is Carl Mitchell, signed his responsible plea in federal court docket on Could 26, in keeping with court docket paperwork filed Wednesday.

Mitchell has agreed to pay again the federal government $441,059.91, the authorized filings confirmed.
