Bailey Zimmerman is off the hook in his felony case after prosecutors dropped fees towards him for allegedly trashing his New Mexico lodge room.
The nation singer’s lawyer tells TMZ … Bailey instantly took duty for his mistake and, consequently, the Bernalillo County District Lawyer shortly resolved the case.
The DA’s Workplace advised KRQE Information in Albuquerque that the fees had been dropped as a result of Zimmerman paid full restitution to the lodge.
